Another EB-5 Project Approval for Live In America EB-5

Live In America EB-5 is thrilled to announce that it’s EB-5 project, 200 East 59th Street (200E59), has received its I-924 exemplar approval from the USCIS!  The I-924 exemplar approval means Live In America EB-5 is one step closer to helping its 80 investors achieve their American Dream. The 200E59 project is a mixed-use residential and retail project located in midtown Manhattan and is being developed by affiliates of Macklowe Properties.  The EB-5 raise for 200E 59th Street was completed in 2017 and construction of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2018.

March 5th, 2018 – The Live In America EB-5 team is proud to announce it will once again be attending the annual EB-5 Advocacy Conference hosted by IIUSA (Invest in the USA) in Washington D.C. on April 22 through April 24, 2018.

Now in its 11th year, the IIUSA EB-5 Advocacy Conference is one of the EB-5 industry’s premier conferences, focused on advocating for the EB-5 Program, promoting industry success and driving business development. The event will be held at the Marriott Marquis in the heart of the nation’s capital, Washington D.C.  Mr. Adam Greene, President of Live In America EB-5, and a member of the Board of Directors of IIUSA, will be a featured speaker at the event.

Helping EB-5 Investors Plan Their U.S. Journey

Live In America EB-5 has a new Marketing Director and Investors Relations for the Middle East and North Africa, Yomn Mino Hussein, who is based in our New York office, but will be spending much of her time in Egypt, her native country. There she’ll be working with EB-5 investors, planning their emigration to America, helping to make their transition as smooth as possible. Mino, as she has always been called, comes to us by way of the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund. She graduated from the American University in Cairo where she studied communications, and went on to get her Masters Degree in International Business at the Hult International Business School.
